    Canyon Creek has two, well-equipped coin-operated laundry facilities for use by all residents.
  4. Can I complete a Rental Application online?
    No, but you can download our Rental Application from our website, print, fill in, and mail, fax or drop off in person to us.
  5. What does management do after I submit a complete application?
    Reviews information provided and obtains credit history, checks references, verifies your employment and determines whether the income of all adults applying is sufficient.
  6. What lease terms or rental periods does Canyon Creek offer?
    Canyon Creek offers 6-month and 12-month initial lease terms. After the initial lease term, residents may rent on a month-to-month basis if they prefer.
  7. How do I find out what vacancies are available and what vacancies may be coming up?
    Please visit Canyon Creek Rental Office during normal business hours, Monday-Saturday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, email us at info@canyoncreekapthomes.com, or call us at 661-871-4255.

    No, the present pet population is at a maximum. No new pets are permitted at this time.
  9. Are there schools and hospitals nearby to Canyon Creek?
    Yes, definitely; Bakersfield College, Highland High School, Chipman Middle School, and Thorner Elementary School are only minutes away. Kern Medical Center, the area's most complete medical facility is also close by.

    A large community pool and spa are available to all residents. Canyon Creek also has an exercise room (gym) which has several machines and a redwood sauna.

    • Good credit
    • No prior evictions
